It is academic-only at 100% Intermediate Part-I or the first two DAE years. For example, 80% academic gives 80.00%. No test weight applies here.

How is UOG Architecture merit calculated?

It uses 60% academic record, 30% departmental test and 10% interview. For example, 80% academic, 70% test and 90% interview give 48.00 + 21.00 + 9.00 = 78.00%.

How is UOG Engineering Technology merit calculated?

It uses 70% Intermediate First-Year or first-two-years DAE and 30% UOG departmental test (2026 policy PDF p. 5). For example, 80% academic with 70% departmental test gives 56.00 + 21.00 = 77.00%. The departmental test is UOG's own test, not UET, NTS or ECAT.
