Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Parhlai's website, applications, entry-test preparation tools, calculators, content, and related services (collectively, the Services). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

If you use the Services for someone else, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that person's behalf.

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement under the law that applies to you. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the Services with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your login details private, do not share your account, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity on your account unless it resulted from our failure to use reasonable security measures.

Parhlai provides educational tools such as practice questions, mock tests, explanations, progress tracking, study analytics, AI-assisted learning features, merit calculators, and informational content. We may add, remove, or change features, content, eligibility, or access limits as the Services develop.

The Services support preparation. They do not guarantee a particular score, admission, rank, scholarship, or other result. Universities, examination bodies, and admission authorities control their own requirements, results, deadlines, and decisions.

Content on Parhlai is for general educational and planning purposes. AI-generated answers, explanations, recommendations, and summaries may be incomplete or incorrect. Calculator results are estimates based on the information and rules available when they are prepared. Check important information against the relevant official notice or authority before relying on it.

Parhlai is not a school, university, examination authority, admissions office, medical provider, legal adviser, or financial adviser. Do not use the Services as a substitute for professional advice or an official decision.

Prices, payment methods, and the duration of each paid plan are shown at checkout. A plan starts when your payment is confirmed and gives you personal access for the period stated at checkout. Paid access is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and for your own study use.

Plans do not automatically renew unless the checkout flow clearly says otherwise. Unused time expires at the end of the plan and cannot be transferred, carried forward, or exchanged for cash. We may change prices or plans for future purchases; a change will not alter a paid period that has already been confirmed.

You authorize Parhlai and the payment provider shown at checkout to process the amount displayed for your selected plan. Payment providers may have their own terms and may process payment credentials directly. If you submit payment proof for manual verification, you are responsible for ensuring that the submission is accurate and does not contain information that you do not have the right to share.

All purchases are final. Except where a refund is required by applicable law, Parhlai does not issue refunds, partial refunds, credits, cancellations, or extensions for unused time, change of mind, duplicate purchases, choosing the wrong plan, inability to use the Services, interruption, or account suspension for a Terms violation.

A refund may be approved only at the discretion of the Parhlai team, on a case-by-case basis. A request or support message does not create a right to a refund, and no refund will be issued unless the team expressly approves it. To ask the team to review a payment issue, email info@parhlai.com with your account email and order reference.

Nothing in this section removes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You may not use the Services to:

• copy, sell, sublicense, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit Parhlai content or access;
• share account credentials, evade access limits, scrape the Services, or use automated tools without our permission;
• reverse engineer, decompile, interfere with, or attempt to bypass the security of the Services;
• upload or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, deceptive, infringing, or invasive of another person's privacy; or
• impersonate another person, misuse another person's account, or use the Services to violate any law or third-party right.

You keep ownership of information, questions, files, feedback, and other material that you submit to Parhlai. You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display that material only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services. This includes processing prompts and context to return AI-assisted responses.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit the material and that it does not violate these Terms. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information unless a feature specifically asks for it.

Parhlai and its licensors own the Services, including the software, design, question banks, text, graphics, trademarks, and other materials, except for content that you or another user owns. These Terms give you permission to use the Services for personal study. They do not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

The Services may rely on or link to third-party services, including authentication, hosting, analytics, payment, communication, and AI providers. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Parhlai is not responsible for a third party's availability, content, security, or practices.

We work to keep the Services available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, change features, limit access, or suspend the Services when reasonably necessary for security, legal, operational, or abuse-prevention reasons.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, threatens the Services or other users, or creates payment or security risk. You may stop using the Services at any time. Termination does not create a refund right, and provisions concerning payment, ownership, acceptable use, disclaimers, liability, and disputes continue to apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided as available and without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that content will always be accurate, current, complete, suitable for your purpose, or available on every device or connection. You use the Services and act on their content at your own judgment and risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Parhlai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, opportunity, revenue, or expected results arising from or related to the Services. Parhlai's total liability for a claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Parhlai for the Services giving rise to that claim during the twelve months before the event giving rise to it.

These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them to apply, including liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms when the Services, our practices, or applicable requirements change. We will post the updated version on this page and change the date above. If a change is material, we will provide an additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

Any dispute will be handled under applicable law and by a court or other forum with proper jurisdiction, subject to rights that cannot be waived.
