How is COMSATS merit calculated?

For Engineering and non-Engineering programs in the guide (pp. 35-36, printed 33-34), it uses 10% Matric, 40% Intermediate and 50% NTS. For example, 85% Matric, 80% Intermediate and 75% NTS give 8.50 + 32.00 + 37.50 = 78.00%; 90%, 70% and 80% give 9.00 + 28.00 + 40.00 = 77.00%.

Which NAT score should be entered?

Enter the highest valid NAT score within its one-year validity. Engineering requires at least 33% in NAT.

What do O-level and A-level applicants enter?

Enter the separate IBCC equivalence percentages for the academic components, with the highest valid NAT percentage as the test component.

Can awaiting-result applicants calculate final merit?

Your final merit uses the required official results. The weights stay the same. Confirm which marks to enter with COMSATS.

Can this calculator be used for Architecture or Design?

Architecture and Design have separate assessment rules (guide pp. 35-36, printed 33-34).
