Students admitted before Fall 2025 continue at lower rates. Single occupancy with attached bath: PKR 16,000/month. Double occupancy with attached bath: PKR 14,000/month. Double occupancy with community bath: PKR 11,000/month. Triple occupancy with community bath: PKR 8,500/month.
MBBS Hostel Fee
MBBS students at NSHS pay higher hostel rates. For Spring 2026 onward: single PKR 28,600/month, double attached PKR 26,000/month, double community PKR 20,800/month, triple attached PKR 19,500/month, triple community PKR 13,000/month. Existing MBBS students pay slightly lower rates.
Refundable Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is charged at the time of allotment: PKR 25,000 for national students (single room), USD 117 for international students. Additional messing security of PKR 20,000 is also charged separately.
