Question 1

What is the IBA 2027 undergraduate test?

Accepted Answer

IBA uses one common undergraduate test for Fall 2027 across its School of Business Studies, School of Mathematics and Computer Science, and School of Economics and Social Sciences. You must still apply and pay separately for each school, with separate admit cards and results.

Question 2

When is the IBA Fall 2027 test?

Accepted Answer

IBA lists one common test date per round on its Fall 2027 schedule page: Round 1 on Sunday, December 20, 2026, Round 2 on Sunday, March 21, 2027, and Round 3 on Sunday, June 20, 2027. Each round has its own forms, deadline, admit-card, result, interview and final-result windows on the same page. Dates are subject to change. Please refer to the official IBA Admissions website for updates.

Question 3

What does the IBA 2027 test cover?

Accepted Answer

English and Mathematics MCQs assess quantitative and analytical skills, logical reasoning, reading comprehension, vocabulary and grammar. IBA describes SAT-level difficulty. Check the current admission notice and admit card for the confirmed question counts, timing and marking rules.

Question 4

Is there negative marking in the IBA entry test?

Accepted Answer

Marking and negative-marking policies for the IBA entry test can vary by program and admission cycle, so always confirm the current rules in the official IBA admission prospectus.

Question 5

Who can apply for IBA business programmes?

Accepted Answer

For BBA, BS Accounting and Finance, and BS Business Analytics, the listed routes are HSC with 65%, A-level average 2B1C with at least 8 points, a US diploma with 80%, or IB with 25 out of 45. A-level results may include at most one D and no E or U. Foreign certificates need IBCC equivalence.

Question 6

Who can apply for IBA computing and mathematics programmes?

Accepted Answer

BS Computer Science, Economics and Mathematics, Mathematics, and Data Science require HSC Pre-Engineering with 60%, or the General group with Mathematics and 60%. The A-level route requires an average of 1B2C, including Mathematics, with at least 7 points. The IB route requires 24 out of 45. Mathematics must meet the accepted grade requirements, and foreign certificates need IBCC equivalence.

Accepted Answer

Yes. Apply and pay separately for each school. Each school issues its own admit card and result. You cannot switch after results unless you already applied and paid for that school.

Question 9

Where can I practise, and are these official papers?

Accepted Answer

Our free IBA mock has 45 English and 45 Mathematics questions in 165 minutes, with subject scores and explanations. Paid access adds focused subject and custom tests plus topic insights. For admission, interview requirements depend on your programme: the Fall 2027 schedule exempts Economics and Social Sciences programmes and BS Computer Science.
